Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AwesomeBloggers ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Blog Submissions

When you submit a blog to AwesomeBloggers, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner of the submitted blog, or you have authorization from the owner to submit it
• The information you provide (blog name, URL, description) is accurate and truthful
• The blog does not contain illegal content, malware, or material that infringes on the rights of others
• The blog is hosted on a custom domain (free hosting subdomains such as blogspot or wordpress.com are not eligible)

We reserve the right to reject or remove any blog submission at our sole discretion, including but not limited to blogs that score below our minimum threshold of 40 points, contain inappropriate content, appear to be parked domains, or violate these Terms.

Scoring and Rankings

The Awesome Score is calculated using automated metrics including domain authority, content freshness, site speed, mobile readiness, content volume, SSL certificate status, and trust signals. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Scores are generated automatically and may not reflect every aspect of a blog's quality
• Scoring criteria, weights, and methodology may change at any time without prior notice
• We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, consistency, or permanence of any score
• Scores are refreshed periodically, and your score may increase or decrease over time based on changes to your blog or our scoring methodology
• Attempting to manipulate scores through artificial means (fake backlinks, cloaking, or other deceptive practices) may result in removal from the directory

Badges

AwesomeBloggers provides embeddable badge code to listed blogs as an optional feature. By using a badge, you agree to the following:

• Badges are provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of badge images
• You may display the badge on your blog, but you may not modify, alter, or misrepresent the badge in any way
• The badge must link back to your AwesomeBloggers profile page
• Badge installation is entirely optional and does not affect your listing, score, or backlink
• We may update badge designs at any time. Updated designs will be served automatically.
• If your blog is removed from the directory, you must remove the badge from your site

Payments and Premium Listings

AwesomeBloggers offers optional premium listing upgrades. When premium features are available and you choose to upgrade:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• The initial premium fee is a one-time payment. Annual renewals are required to maintain premium status.
• If you do not renew, your listing reverts to the free tier. Your blog remains listed and your backlink is preserved.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Existing premium subscriptions are honored at their original price until their next renewal.

Awards and Voting

AwesomeBloggers runs quarterly awards to recognize outstanding blogs. By participating in the awards program, you agree that:

• Nominations are generated automatically based on scoring data and may also include editorial selections
• Voting is open to the public and results are determined by a combination of public votes and Awesome Score
• Vote manipulation, including the use of bots, fake accounts, vote buying, or any other form of artificial vote inflation, is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification
• We reserve the right to disqualify any nominee or void any votes if we suspect manipulation
• Award decisions are final. We are not liable for any losses arising from award outcomes.
• Award badges and winner designations may be displayed on your AwesomeBloggers profile and embedded on your blog

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to manipulate scores, rankings, or voting outcomes
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in an automated manner without prior written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
• Submit blogs containing malware, phishing content, or content that promotes illegal activities
• Impersonate another person or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation with any person or entity
• Circumvent rate limiting or other security measures

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate removal from the directory and termination of your account without notice or refund.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content submitted by users), features, and functionality are owned by AwesomeBloggers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of your blog and its content. By submitting your blog, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your blog name, URL, description, and screenshot in our directory.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AwesomeBloggers and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that scores and rankings are perfectly accurate.

Disclaimer

AwesomeBloggers is a directory and scoring service. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any blog listed in our directory. Listings do not imply affiliation, partnership, or endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any listed blog.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the competent courts.
