- How do I get my blog listed?
- Visit the submission page and enter your blog URL. Our scoring engine evaluates your blog automatically and calculates your Awesome Score. Blogs scoring 40 or above out of 100 are approved and listed with a permanent do-follow backlink.
- What is the Awesome Score?
- The Awesome Score is a quality metric out of 100 points based on 7 factors: domain authority (15 pts), content freshness (20 pts), site speed (10 pts), mobile readiness (10 pts), content volume (15 pts), SSL certificate (5 pts), and trust signals (15 pts).
- Is it free to get listed?
- Yes. Every approved blog gets a free listing with a permanent do-follow backlink, Awesome Score breakdown, category placement, and an embeddable Verified badge.
- What are the minimum requirements?
- Your blog must have a custom domain, at least 5 published posts, an SSL certificate (HTTPS), and score at least 40 out of 100 on the Awesome Score.
- How often are scores refreshed?
- Scores are refreshed weekly. Our scoring engine re-crawls approved blogs every Sunday and updates their Awesome Score based on the latest data.
- How do I claim my blog profile?
- If your blog is already listed, sign in with the email associated with your blog and visit your blog's profile page. You will see a "Claim this blog" option to link it to your account.
- What is the embeddable badge?
- Every listed blog can display an embeddable badge showing their Awesome Score. The badge is entirely optional — it is a trophy, not an obligation.
- How long does it take to get listed after submitting?
- Scoring is automated and typically completes within 2 to 5 minutes of submission. Blogs meeting the 40/100 threshold and all baseline requirements are listed immediately — there is no manual review queue.
- Can my Awesome Score go down?
- Yes. Scores are refreshed every Sunday. If your domain authority drops, you publish less frequently, or your site speed degrades, your Awesome Score will reflect those changes on the next weekly refresh.
- Is the do-follow backlink permanent?
- Yes. Every listed blog receives a permanent do-follow backlink as long as the blog remains in the directory. The backlink is not conditional on badge installation, premium tier, or any other action.
- Does Substack, Medium, or WordPress.com qualify?
- No. A custom domain (e.g., yourblog.com) is required. Blogs hosted on shared subdomains like wordpress.com, blogspot.com, substack.com, or medium.com do not qualify for listing.

- What is a do-follow backlink and why does it matter?
- A do-follow backlink is a hyperlink that passes link equity (also called link juice) from the linking site to your blog. This helps improve your domain authority and search engine rankings over time. Every listed blog on AwesomeBloggers receives a permanent do-follow backlink at no cost.
- What categories of blogs are listed?
